PREVIEW STORE · NO REAL PAYMENTS OR DISPATCH · BUSINESS DETAILS AWAIT VERIFICATION

1. Who we are and this preview

Jumanji Media Ltd is a proposed business name, not a verified incorporated trader. Registered office, company number, VAT and ICO details are unverified placeholders. Do not send goods to the example footer address. The current site accepts demo or Stripe test orders only: no real payment, shipment, subscription entitlement or appointment results. These draft terms require legal review and verified trader details before trading.

2. Eligibility and home use

You must be at least 18 to enter a purchase contract. The consumer catalogue is for personal home use in the UK. Pubs, clubs, hotels and other venues must use the commercial enquiry form and obtain their own appropriate permissions. We do not sell consumer plans as commercial broadcast packages.

3. Equipment, apps and licences

Products and specifications in the preview are proposed. Before a real sale, the exact model, certification, contents, warranty and delivery date must be stated. App availability depends on rights-holder licences, geography, account eligibility, device certification and app support. Live TV and BBC iPlayer require a valid UK TV Licence. Third-party subscription charges and broadband are separate.

4. Pricing and payment

The proposed catalogue is in GBP and displays prices inc VAT. Delivery is £4.95 for hardware totals of £60 or less and free over £60. Services and memberships have no delivery charge. Annual Access is twelve monthly fees less 10%, rounded to the nearest penny. No optional item is preselected. VAT registration and real invoicing must be verified before launch.

A demo summary acknowledges a stored test record only. When Stripe test mode is configured, confirmation depends on a verified payment webhook, not just arriving at a thank-you page. Failed or cancelled payments do not create a paid entitlement. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout, never in our WordPress forms.

5. Access and cancellation

Access is support, not a bundle of entertainment subscriptions. Monthly plans renew monthly; yearly plans renew yearly until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. Routine partial-period refunds are not offered, except where required by law. Statutory service cancellation rights remain. A separate express request is needed before starting a real service within a statutory cancellation period.

To request cancellation, use the support form with your order reference. Customer Portal integration is restricted to a verified signed-in billing identity; the public account area is currently a stub and cannot manage real subscriptions.

6. Delivery, returns and faulty goods

Planned mainland UK dispatch is 1–2 working days, except the Box’s Friday dispatch notice. NI and Highlands may require 1–2 additional days. No international delivery is offered in v1. Demo orders are not dispatched. See the returns policy for cancellation and faulty-goods rights. Nothing here limits rights under applicable consumer law.

7. Support and remote sessions

Proposed support hours are Monday–Saturday, 08:00–20:00 UK time; operational coverage and response commitments must be confirmed. Remote access is only with your informed consent and can be ended by you. Do not share passwords, payment data or authentication codes. We may refuse work involving unauthorised services or unsafe device modifications.

8. Responsibility and complaints

We are responsible for the goods and services we actually supply under applicable law. We cannot promise uninterrupted internet, continued third-party app support or any specific programme. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Raise complaints using the contact form; verified complaint contacts and escalation arrangements are required before launch.

9. Brand and governing law

Jumanji Media is independent of Sony Pictures, Columbia Pictures and the Jumanji franchise. All third-party names belong to their owners. These draft terms are intended for UK consumers and do not remove mandatory protections or access to courts in the part of the UK where you live. Final governing-law wording requires solicitor review.
