What we support
Official app stores, supported applications, operating-system updates, your own legitimate accounts, network troubleshooting and normal device use. Follow the manufacturer’s safety advice and each provider’s terms.
What we will refuse
We will not install, configure or troubleshoot unlicensed APKs, M3U playlists, Xtream Codes panels, cracked applications, stolen or shared credentials, pay-TV access controls or sources that distribute broadcasts without permission. We will not help evade geographical restrictions or commercial licensing requirements.
Your responsibility
Use content only with appropriate permission, account entitlements and a valid TV Licence where required. Do not use our forms to share illegal content, threaten people, send spam, expose someone else’s private data or attempt to compromise the site.
How we respond
We explain the boundary and offer an official alternative where practical. We may stop an unsafe or unlawful support session. Any decision affecting a paid contract must be handled fairly and consistently with statutory rights; this policy does not authorise us to keep money contrary to consumer law.
