Before you choose
Check that your television has a spare HDMI socket. A stable internet connection is essential. 4K output requires compatible content, app support, a suitable display and sufficient bandwidth; a 4K label alone does not guarantee 4K in every app. Exact hardware model, certification, storage, power requirements and manufacturer warranty must be confirmed before this preview catalogue opens for real orders.
Official apps may need separate accounts, subscriptions, age checks or device certification. We do not supply shared accounts, TV Licence cover or premium broadcasts. If your smart TV already does what you need, a setup call may be better value than a new device.
Delivery and returns
Proposed mainland UK dispatch is 1–2 working days, except the Box’s Friday dispatch message. Northern Ireland and Highlands deliveries may take 1–2 additional days. Delivery is £4.95 for hardware orders of £60 or less and free over £60. No international delivery in v1. These are planning assumptions, not confirmed stock promises.
Eligible online purchases have a 14-day cancellation window after delivery. You can inspect the product as you would in a shop; opening the box does not automatically remove your rights. Read our returns policy. Demo checkout does not create a shipment.
